Oil Painter Plein Air Artist

I am the perfect example that it is never too late to explore your passions. On an unusual Spring like day in the month of March in Michigan, I had a Divine appointment that began my journey in exploring en Plein air (painting outdoors or from life). While strolling along a river I met an Artist who inspired me and helped me find a mentor.  I also paint in the studio, but my passion is trying to express even a small view of the amazing places God has created. I believe I have always been a student of life in relationship to nature and humanity.. Painting has opened my eyes to even further my dive into the world. We live in an inspiring universe. I almost feel like a toddler that is seeing things for the first time. My joy is in creating and having my Art bring joy to someone else.  I have the blessing of being able to travel and paint in some of the most beautiful places in our United States. 
 

My guidance and inspiration are in the field with plein air artists all over our country, classes and workshops. In my dedication to continuing to learn i  have completed 13 -30-day paint draw everyday challenges through Strada Easel. I am currently represented in The Village Art Gallery in Cocoa Florida and in Michigan at various venues.

I continue my quest to pursue how to best express myself in my paintings.
